Visiting Hours
» The Visiting Hours on the Acute Care Unit :
- 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Each patient is allowed two visitors at a time.

Children age 12 or under are not permitted to visit.
» The Visiting Hours on Golden Birches Terrace :
- 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Children under 12 years of age that are accompanied by an adult are welcome to visit.
- Visiting hours are flexible however, after 11am would be appreciated. If visiting extends past 8:30 pm, please inform the nurse of your arrival and departure.

Relatives and friends are encouraged to visit. Please use proper discretion when visiting Residents in their room, respecting others' privacy and wellbeing.
» What about during an outbreak?
During a flu outbreak visitors to the affected Unit will be restricted. Information to that effect will be available to you when you call ahead.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COLD OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NOT VISIT. YOU RISK SPREADING THE ILLNESS TO OUR PATIENTS AND RESIDENTS.
