Telephone Rental
Your family and friends may call you directly without having to go through switchboard. They must have a touch-tone phone to do this.
To contact a patient directly, call (705) 356-1613 or (705) 356-1614 and follow the steps given to you.
- The extension number for that particular patient will be shared with you for future use so you may contact them directly.

For patients to access an outside line, dial "5" and then the number you are calling.
» Rates
- $2.50/day for the first 14 days
- The next 14 days are at no charge
- There is no charge for patients age 65 and over
- The phone service is free if you have semi or private insurance coverage
» Long Distance
Patients need to contact switchboard for all long distance calls. Patients have the option of calling collect or using a calling card.
