Staff Education
The Staff Educator responds quickly and with flexibility to changes in the Health Centre, renewing programming and delivery methods to meet emerging needs and fostering continuous learning within the staff and community partners.
Her functions include: operating in an entrepreneurial manner by creating quality-added learning packages and by meeting the needs of the Health Centre's employees, transferring academic knowledge into the public domain, creating mechanisms that ensure this knowledge is utilized by the public and linking literature to Best Practice Guidelines.
