The Purchasing Department is responsible for procuring and supplying of equipment, goods and services to each unit of the Health Centre while maintaining a commitment to the growth and innovation of the Health Centre. The department provides the Health Centre with efficient and effective products by purchasing the right quantity, in the right quality, at the right time and at the right price. To maintain the highest quality of products and services the staff purchases medical, non-medical and office materials from responsible contractors, vendors and suppliers.
The purchasing staff works closely with the clinical, non-clinical staff and management to meet the overall needs of patient care in a timely and cost effective manner. The purchasing staff oversees the purchasing of quality supplies and services between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
