Through the North-Eastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre with their Community Oncology Clinic Network (COCN), the Blind River District Health Centre is able to offer a coordinated system of cancer care in response to the needs of local residents. In conjunction with the Cancer Centre a local physician can oversee treatment, reducing travel time and cost.
