The newly renovated registration area that enhances patient privacy is located at the front entrance of the Blind River District Health Centre.
Your stay at the Health Centre will begin with the staff in the Admitting Department assisting you to complete the necessary paperwork, provide you with patient information and will inform you of your health plan coverage for procedures and services. Our goal is to make your stay at the Health Centre as seamless as possible.
When you arrive at the Health Centre, please report to the Admitting desk. You must present your valid Ontario Health Card and any other relevant health services cards or information. If you have received a hospital card on a previous visit, please bring that with you.
