Serving the community of Blind River and surrounding areas for more than 75 years, the Blind River District Health Centre (BRDHC) strives to meet the primary health needs of the area with a focus on quality care, disease prevention, health promotion & education.

BRDHC is a health care organization that provides Acute Care Services, Long-Term Care Services, Community Support Services as well as Health Promotion, Prevention & Education programs.

Committed to quality care, the Blind River District Health Centre has a variety of health care providers such as General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Physiotherapist, Dietitian, Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging Technologists and more!

Various medical consultant services are provided at BRDHC including: cardiology, gerontology, orthopaedis and psychiatry to name a few.

BRDHC is also home to a satellite classroom and laboratory for Sault College's Practical Nursing Program.
