» CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS:
Corporate Memberships are now available at the Admitting desk for the 2012/13 year.
Memberships are available for $1.00, and must be purchased prior to June 1, 2012.
Members are entitled to vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday June 12, 2012 @ 5:30 pm in the Classroom.
Membership is open to the general public following the individual meets membership criteria:
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
- $1.00 Fee Required
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be a resident of the area served by the Health Centre: Sowerby on the west,Serpent River on the east.
- This person must have lived in this area for a continuous period of at least three (3) months immediately prior thereto, or be employed or carry on business in the area described - Sowerby on the west & Serpent River on the east.
- Membership is automatically terminated in the event that the person ceases to be a permanent resident of the described area or ceases to be employed or to carry on business as specified.
